Only grips my husband uses for his dirt bike. Fits is yamaha wrf450 no problem.
A little tricky to get on the bars even with soap/water and compressed air. Probably better for more offroad use. I have them on my drz400sm and my hands are tingly after an hour ride on the street. Overall i’d probably buy them again though.
Got these to upgrade the stock grips on my 2017 crf250l while installing acerbis x factor handguards. Wow, what a noticeable difference. The stock hand grips were glued on pretty good, i used an air compressor with blow-off tool to get them off very easily. The pro tapers went on easy enough with the blow-off tool, no glue. While riding, the pro taper grips really do feel like little pillows. After a 1 hour ride, my hands felt much better than riding an hour with the stock grips.
Awesome grips for a decent price. Tricky to get on but once they are on they aren’t going anywhere. Will be buying another pair once these are too worn.
These are soft and very comfortable. Big improvement over the ones i replaced.
Excellent replacement for any stock grips on a motorcycle. My bike has a lot of vibration in the handlebars when riding around but i don’t notice it nearly as much. I haven’t had any issues with any of the pro taper products i’ve purchased so far. Would highly recommend and i will likely buy this exact set if i ever need grips again.
These are very comfortable grips, but you have to be very careful when installing them. I suggest using spray paint to lube the inside of the grip, but once you start, don’t stop. The paint sill start to tack in about 1 minute.
Price is right on these grips and install is easy on a new set of handlebars. 4-stars as they seem to attract dirt/grime super easy after only a few rides (rubber compound is a tad sticky).
- Nice grips. Use lube.

One of the grips is a little larger than the other. This is for the difference in handle bar size with the accelerator on one side. They fit great and using a little soapy water helped them slip right on. Knowing the different in size would’ve been helpful before i tried to fit the small one on the accelerator.
They are very grippy, however wear down fairly quick, but that should be expected with sticky grips. Also the price is very affordable for what you get.
Changed my stock grips out when i changed the handlebars. Not as grippy as some other grips. They appear to be wearing fairly quickly. Not the best dual sport grips.
Nice grips, but too short for my current setup. You can move your controls and trim the throttle tube to fit a shorter grip, so i can’t fault the grip for that, but these ended up significantly too short for my bike. At such a good price, i don’t feel too bad about just not using these though. It does appear comfortable though, not the most plush grip out there (check out oury grips for super plush), but seems like they’d be comfortable. One nice feature on it is that the end caps on these are a harder material than the grey grip part. This seems nice as they will protect the bar/throttle better if you tip the bike over.
Just installed these and they feel great. I’ve never used aftermarket grips and is definitely worth it.
Perfect fit for my ttr 90 and awesome that they were so cheap.
Theae are the only grips i’ve used for the past 12 years.
Put a set on my dr 200 and my dr 400. They are comfortable and really isolate your hands from bar vibration.
